Farah brings 25 years of commercial and leadership experience across some of the most recognised names in the energy industry, including Petronas Carigali, Schlumberger, Baker Hughes, and AsiaPac Oil & Gas, where she held roles spanning business development, regional communications, enterprise strategy, and business transformation. As CEO of WellsRX, she sets the strategic direction of the company with a clear focus on building a locally-owned well intervention brand that operators across Asia trust and rely on.

Dan is a directional drilling and well intervention specialist with 25 years of experience spanning field operations, product line management, and operations management across Baker Hughes, Shell Australia, Weatherford, and AsiaPac Oil & Gas. Based in Malaysia, he has managed fishing and P&A programmes for PTTEP, Petronas Carigali, and Expro across Asia Pacific and currently serves as Head of Global Operations at Fearnley Group. His technical rigour and regional network make him a critical asset on complex and high-stakes intervention campaigns.

Shahrul has spent 21 years in the well intervention industry, progressing from rig floor through to operations leadership across Baker Hughes, Schlumberger, Uzma Engineering, Weatherford, RINA Energy, AsiaPac Oil & Gas, and Fearnley Group. He oversees all engineering, workshop, and field operations at WellsRX, ensuring every job is delivered safely, profitably, and to the exacting standards our customer demand. His background spans fishing, P&A, casing exits, and quality assurance inspection across both offshore and onshore environments.

Nadzim is the engineering focal point for WellsRX's most complex intervention programmes and a key contributor to the development of the Rockstar QHSE Management System. With 15 years of experience across Baker Hughes, Uzma Engineering, Ardyne Technologies, and AsiaPac Oil & Gas, he leads job design, asset management, and service quality across all WellsRX operations, ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction on every campaign.

Alvin began his career running fishing and drilling measurement tools for Weatherford and Schlumberger across Malaysia, Russia, and Qatar before moving into business development and technical sales at AsiaPac Oil & Gas and Baker Hughes. He now leads WellsRX's tendering, proposals, and client relationship activities, ensuring operators receive technically sound and commercially competitive solutions from first enquiry through to contract award.

Nelson is one of the most experienced fishing professionals in Southeast Asia, with a career spanning 51 years from roughneck to senior fishing supervisor. He has executed over 70 whipstock operations across Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Myanmar, Australia, and Oman, working with customers including Petronas, Shell, ExxonMobil, and PTTEP. His field knowledge is among the deepest in the region.

Alvin is a Fluids Specialist with 33 years of experience across exploration and production operations in Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, India, Japan, Thailand, UAE, Qatar, Turkmenistan, Kenya, and Tanzania. He has advised on HTHP, MPD, PMCD, and ERD programmes for multinational operators, bringing deep troubleshooting capability to some of the most technically demanding drilling environments in the world.

Santosh is a globally recognised authority in quality management, NDT, and drilling equipment standards with 36 years of industry experience. A member of the API SC-18 committee and the DS-1 Edition 5 reviewing committee, he provides the quality backbone behind the WellsRX Rockstar Management System and is an API-U approved trainer trusted by operators and service companies across Asia Pacific.
